This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The client wants to translate the Terms of the attributes, not the names of the attributes.

Solution:

Please go to WPML-> String Translation and search for the attributes' names. Also, please go to WooCommerce Multilingual-> Attributes tab, select the attribute, and translate its name and slug.

were i can found to translate the names for the attributes that there are in the woocomerce/products/attributes

I am not asked you for the Terms of the attributes
I am asked you for the names of the attributes

1) Please go to WPML-> String Translation and search for the attributes' names. Also, please go to WooCommerce Multilingual-> Attributes tab, select the attribute, and translate its name and slug.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.
