I want to use different images for translated testimonials but they don't change when the language is changed. I added the plugin, "translated" the media - what else can I do?

Thank you for contacting us.

We regret to hear about the issues you're experiencing. It's possible that there's an error in translating the image or a conflict with another plugin. Could you kindly try deactivating third-party plugins one by one to isolate the issue? This will help us pinpoint the problem more effectively.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

I could find the error but crashed my site with deactivating the plugins... now it's restored and I need more help 😉 do you want to look into the backend? It is inside a testimonial slider, so maybe I need to add some xml? The text was translatable

Thanks for your reply.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

The hoster said some countries are restricted: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, DPRK (North Korea), the Russian Federation (including occupied Ukrainian territories), Sudan, or Syria.

Where are you sitting? Could you try logging in via a proxy? From Germany it works...

Thank you for getting back to me.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delays over the weekend. Despite using a VPN from Germany, I'm still unable to log in. Is there an alternative staging site available that I could access? If not, could you please provide a copy of the site as outlined here https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ ? I'll then download and upload it to my local development environment for further testing.
