[Resolved] Translated page does not copy/duplicate Original page sittings

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

1. Do you enable this form via global plugin settings or it's added to the page via page settings or shortcode for example?

2. Go to Pages > All Pages, and make sure that page translation is complete (Shows a pencil icon)

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to investigate the issue further.
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Please try the following steps:

1. Go to the Search Options tab
2. Set the admin language to "All Languages"
3. Select the Arabic pages and their English translations
4. Save the changes and clear the cache
