This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client wants to translate imported products in English to Swedish on their WooCommerce staging site, which is currently in English.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this, we recommend that you ensure you are using the WooCommerce plugin. To make your store multilingual, you will also need to install the following WPML add-ons:
• WPML String Translation
• WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency
You can then follow this guide to translate your store content: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/how-to-translate-woocommerce/
Please note that these plugins are not included in the Multilingual Blog subscription. To use them, you will need to upgrade to the Multilingual CMS plan. More details can be found here:

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
