Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a page from French to English. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to see changes in the advanced translation editor reflected on the live version of the translated page, such as a price change from 35 to 40.
Symptoms:
The live site shows the old version of the translated page. In the WP dashboard, there is a cog icon for the translation. Clicking and saving the translation does not remove the cog icon.
Questions:
Why are the translations not showing on the live site?
What does the persistent cog icon in the WP dashboard indicate?
Thanks for contacting us. I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
