Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that when users are on the English language version of my site, clicking the 'My account' button directs them to the correct English version of the page. The site in question is hidden link.

Symptoms:
When on the English language version, clicking the 'My account' button redirects to the Portuguese version of the page, even though the page is already translated to English.

Hello,

It would be important to know where this "My account" element is coming from.

First, please verify that the "My account" page is translated and published.

If the page is part of menu, please verify if your menu is translated at Appearance > Menus.

You can automatically create the translated menus at WPML > WP Menus Sync.

Exception:
If you are using a custom menu item, you will need to translate it with WPML > String Translation or edit the item directly in each menu.

If the "My account" button is coming form the theme, you will need to find the URL and button text at WPML > String Translation and translate it.ç

If you are using an Elementor Header, make sure that the template is translated.
