Background of the issue:
I created a page and started the translation with WPML. It takes more than one hour to complete the translation, and the page doesn't have much information. I contacted one of your team supporters and tried their suggestions, but then the website goes down and says that a critical error occurred. I confirmed that the problem is from the WPML plugin because I already deactivated all the plugins and the problem still exists.

Symptoms:
Translation of a page takes more than one hour, and the website goes down with a critical error after following support suggestions.

Questions:
Why is WPML taking more than one hour to translate a page with little information?
How can I fix the critical error that occurs after following support suggestions?
