Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a GravityForm on my site hidden link. The initial language of the GravityForm is FR (French), and I have translated it into EN (English).

Symptoms:
The English Form appears on both the French and English pages, and the language swap doesn't work.

Questions:
Why does the English Form appear on the French pages?
How can I ensure the language swap works correctly for the GravityForm?

Hello,

I visited this page:
hidden link

and the form is translated into all the languages.

Did you manage to fix it? If not, please elaborate on the steps I should take to see it. Also, make sure you followed these steps to translate the Gravity Form form:

Dear Otto,
Thank you for your response.
In our public section, it works.
But in our Intranet, that doesn't work.

Question: It is possible to apply a translation roll back?
Meaning, there is a Gravity form that I don't want any translation any more.
How to proceed?

Many thank,
Best regards
Olivier

Hello Olivier,

What WPML translates when translating a Gravity Form is the form strings. The interface ensures that all the strings are grouped and the experience is better.

But there isn't a post to delete in this case, so the translation is removed.

❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

You can try then deleting the form strings. To do so, go to WPML > String Translation, search for the domain of the form in the dropdown, make sure those are the form strings, and delete them.

Alternatively, you can search for the form strings in WPML > String Packages and delete all from there.

Best Regards,
Otto
