Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand that the translated content isn't showing on the frontend. When using Elementor, this issue can occur if the String Translation plugin isn't used. However, I can see from the WPML Debug info that the String Translation plugin is active on your site.

Could you please try retranslating the page where you're experiencing this issue? This should refresh the translation and display the contents correctly on the frontend.

To update the translation, you can follow these steps:

1. Make a small change to the page title and save the changes.
2. You should see an update icon in the language meta section. Click on that icon to update the translation.
3. Clear the caches on your site and in your browser, then check the page again.

I hope it will help. But, if the issue persists, please share the link to the page or post where you're having the issue. I will check and suggest what to do next.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
