This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with automatic translations on your site, where translations seem to be stuck and custom service posts are not getting translated despite previous troubleshooting steps such as canceling translation jobs, synchronizing local job IDs with ATE, clearing the WPML Cache, and re-adding customer service posts to ATE.
Solution:
We have removed stuck jobs and corrected IDs key on your live website. You should now go to the Translation Dashboard, select a few pages, and send them to automatic translation. We have tested this with the ISSU TEST page, and it translated successfully. We recommend making a backup and updating your WPML plugins. Also, be cautious about sending many pages/jobs at once for automatic translation as this can cause them to be stuck, but it should work fine with a smaller number or if you update to the latest WPML versions.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with automatic translations on my site hidden link. We have experienced this issue before, as documented in https://wpml.org/forums/topic/automatic-translations-seems-to-be-stuck/. I have already canceled translation jobs, synchronized local job IDs with ATE, cleared the WPML Cache, and re-added customer service posts to ATE. No errors present in debug.log

Symptoms:
Automatic translations seem to be stuck, and custom service posts are not getting translated.

Questions:
Why are automatic translations stuck?
What additional steps can I take to resolve the translation issue?

Hello,

thanks, it works fine now.

I have removed stuck jobs, and corrected IDs key in your live website.

You should now go to Translation Dashboard, select few pages and send them to automatic translation. I checked with ISSU TEST page and it works and translated fine.

I would advise making backup, and updating WPML plugins, then test and it should work fine. Sending many pages /jobs at once for automatic translation can cause them to be stuck, but should work fine with less number or if you update to the WPML latest versions.

Drazen

Hi,

thank you fixing the issue. We have successfully translated all posts and pages to English.
Looks like there's still one translation stuck in progress. Presumably, it's the product translation to German language. Could you check it?

Best regards,
Ovidijus.

Would it be possible to cancel in progress string translations from queue? We have translated menu items by hand.

Hello Ovidijus,

what I have done is: I have gone to WPML > Translation Dashboard, selected mentioned product and send it for Automatic translation.

It translated fine now.
