Background of the issue:
I am using WooCommerce Multicurrency add-on with WPML. I have set it to use currency based on client location using a Maxmind key. I want to set different prices for different European countries, but all use the Euro.

Symptoms:
I cannot add Euro as a second currency for multiple countries because it is missing from the drop-down list after being used for one country.

Questions:
How can I add Euro multiple times for multiple countries so that I can set different prices for each?
