Can't allocate prepaid credits

davidF-18	Hi, the site (offgridgirona.com) is registered and using a key from my account. I'd like to use PTC to translate it going forward but am unable to allocate any of the prepaid credits I have as it doesn't appear in the list of sites in the Manage Credits section. Thanks, David

Ivan Kozakov Supporter	Hi David, Thank you for your message. My name is Ivan, and I’m a developer on the ATE team. I’ve personally reviewed your account and the site configuration. We noticed that hidden link was linked to an older website key that actually belongs to hidden link (key ending in ******b0). We’ve now corrected this: • hidden link* has been updated with the proper key and should now appear correctly in your Manage Credits section. • hidden link should use the key: *******TD Please refresh your account page and check the Manage Credits section again — you should now be able to allocate your prepaid credits to offgridgirona.com without issues. If anything still doesn’t look right, just let me know and I’ll be happy to take another look.
