I can't find a way to add the language to the automatic AI translation queue. I expected to see the language added to the translation queue, but instead, I got nothing.

You should send a page for translation from WPML > Translation Management.
Note WPML AI currently supports translating content from English to German, Spanish, French, Portuguese (both, Brazilian and Portuguese variants), and Italian.
If you need another language, I assume Finish you can change the translation engine to some other from WPML > Settings.
