This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are trying to display a translated core navigation block menu on a page, but after translation, the menu does not appear on the translated page.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Navigate to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page.
2. Click the following buttons:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Synchronize posts taxonomies
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Fix post type assignment for translations
- Set language information
3. Deactivate all plugins except WPML and switch to the default theme.
4. Go to WPML >> Translation Dashboard, assign the Navigation menu to yourself, and translate it using the Advanced Translation Editor.
5. Reactivate all plugins and the theme.
6. Add and translate a new menu.
This process should resolve the temporary glitch that prevented the menu from displaying.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
