Hello,

Crowdin confirmed that they solved the issue, and I can see that in our system.

Please click the "check status and get translations" button and let me know if you still can't retrieve the completed translations.

Best Regards,
Ahmed Mamdouh.

We have been using DeepL a bit more these days, since we decided to use DeepL x WPML as backup plan if Crowdin is not available.
Currently, we are still waiting for our IT team to bring back the connection Crowdin to Azure Open AI, prerequisite to test if Crowdin team fix worked.

The subject of this email is to indicate that we are also experiencing issues with DeepL.
We have had successful translation so far, the issue started this week.
It seems to affect DE, DE-AT and DE-CH.
The exact issue is that the translated post remains in English after translation.

So far, this post is the one affected (See a attachment)
How AgriGRADE supports meaningful change in cooperatives - Oikocredit (hidden link)

I deleted the translated post and sent it for automatic translation (DeepL) again.
No change on the outcome.

To add more context, WPML does detect the words to translate and gives a credit estimation.(See a attachment)
