I updated the WPML plugins to the latest version, I still have the issue. For example if I have 4 bookings, with WPML there are duplicated in all languages ( I have 4 different languages). The Woocommerce multilingual will remove all bookings in the result array that are not in the current language, so 4 remaining bookings. Some will displayed on the bookings page in "My account", because there were on the first page of results of Woocommerce bookings request. But others will not be displayed because they are considered to be on the second page. how to fix this ? |

Hi there. Sorry for the delayed response. There's been a pretty full queue in the past few days, and fewer people are working on the weekends, so this is why it takes a little bit longer to get back to you than usual. Because you had a live chat session before, our system automatically removed the credentials you shared for privacy and security reasons. Can you please share them again in the private fields I am enabling below so that I can also examine the site's backend? Thank you. Mihai Apetrei |

Hi, and thank you for the credentials. I can confirm that I was able to log in successfully. I am spending more time on this and will get back to you as soon as I have more feedback. Just so you know, the website loads pretty slow for me, so it might take a while. I will leave the ticket assigned to myself for now. |

Hi there. There's a high chance that this issue occurs because many of the active plugins are outdated, including WPML plugins (+ the WPML WooCommerce add-on) and the WooCommerce Bookings plugin. 1. Can you please create a full website backup and then update the plugins here: 2. Please increase MaxInputVars to 50000 or more (you have them set at 1000 at the moment). For this, please try to set these variables in your php.ini: max_input_vars = 50000; suhosin.post.max_vars = 50000; suhosin.request.max_vars = 50000; You may need to contact your hosting provider to set them up. Please make sure you have updated the values successfully. You can verify them from the WPML >> Support page. 3. Please make sure that REST API is not blocked. I see a red flag here at the moment: Please let me know when you have gone through these points so that I can continue with the testing process. I will be waiting for your response. |

Hi there. That sounds like a great plan. It's better to do this on a staging site if possible. By looking at the domain name, I assumed this was a staging site where it's safe to do this. Sorry. |

Hi there. I wanted to get back with an update and also thank you for your incredible patience. This issue is pretty strange. I'm still debugging, and if I don't reach a positive conclusion soon, I will escalate this issue further. I will keep you updated. |

Thank you for your patience once again. I am still having some difficulties understanding this specific situation. I can see the bookings made here: These bookings were made using the same account that I am currently logged into. However, they do not appear on the front-end hidden link" target="_blank">here, in any language. This issue persists even when WooCommerce Multilingual is turned off. So, even when WCML is disabled and I visit the main language, no bookings are displayed. This makes me believe that the issue is not WPML-related. Do you have any idea if there's anything I'm missing here that might be obvious from your point of view and that might be the cause of why I can't see the bookings on the front end? I made sure I checked the booking status, and they are all marked as "Completed," so they should show up. Am I right? Is there maybe any caching on the server side that causes this situation? |

Hi there. I am not sure if you were able to see my last reply above. I will be waiting for your response when possible. I also attempted to access the wp-admin area of the initial staging site (hidden link) to check on something, but it was unsuccessful. It says that area doesn't exist. I also tried with "wp-login.php" instead of "wp-admin". |

Hi, You don't see the bookings because there are associated to my account and not your account. You need to create bookings for your account. Via an order or directly in the admin area (select your account as client of bookings). Could you activate the private message so I can share the access (if still needed) ? Thank you |
