Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit the ALT text for an image on a translated page. I have cleared all caches, including server, browser, and disabled server speed optimizer, but the changes are not reflected. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The ALT text for the image is not showing the same in the ATE compared to the target webpage. I expected to see 'Surveillez votre chalet du nord pour tout dommage via la plateforme interactive ou application mobile de sécurité...', but instead, I got 'Surveiller votre chalet de Lanaudière / Laurentides pour tout dommage via votre système d’alarme maison'.

Questions:
Why is the edited ALT text not reflected on the translated page?
How can I ensure the ALT text changes are applied correctly?

Also, why is it that the WPML plugins no longer update on their own.
