This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The Elementor WhatsApp floating button is not displaying correctly across multiple languages when using WPML. It only appears in the language it is set for, and not in other languages. Solution: 1. Ensure that the "Title" of the floating button is identical across all languages. 2. Navigate to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translations and set "_elementor_conditions" to Copy. 3. Clear files and data from Elementor's cache to ensure changes take effect.

The Elementor Whatsapp floating button is not working properly with WPML for multiple languages. If it is set to show on the entire site in English, it appears only in English Version, not appearing in German version, and if it is set for the entire site in German, it appears only in German Version, not appearing in English version. It is not displaying correctly for both languages at the same time.
I've checked your website, and noticed that the floating button is indeed only showing in EN. This feature is compatible with WPML, so I'd like to check your website directly, to better understand your setup and what might be causing the unexpected behavior.
For this I would need temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site, preferably to a test/staging site where the problem has been replicated if possible.
The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.
I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.
IMPORTANT
Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post and site login details are being made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details if you do not see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
I've checked the floating button, but I couldn't find where to set the display conditions. It's not where it's usually found, under the Publish button, inside the Elementor Editor for the element.
How did you set the display conditions? Also, if I'm not mistaken, this a Pro only feature. Let me know.
One more Issue
On the homepage, in the Immigrate to Dubai section, the link is showing the same as the English version (hidden link). In the German version, it should be updated to hidden link.

Thank you for waiting. I tested on a fresh install, and the behavior was the same. This indicates that this feature is incomaptible with WPML. I've taken that to our development team, which will look for a solution or workaround to that. They usualy take a few days to get back.
I'll keep you posted. Thank you for your patience so far.
In the default language English, the WhatsApp floating button is working fine in both languages. However, when we switch the default language to German, the WhatsApp floating button showing only one language.
I believe the default language may have been changed from German to English by your team. Now Floating button showing both languages. Please check and verify this issue in the default German language.
Thank you for waiting. We were able to fix the issue with the floating button. Here are the steps I followed:
1. I ensured that the "Title" of the floating button was identical across the 2 languages;
2. I went to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translations and set "_elementor_conditions" to Copy;
3. I cleared files and data from Elementor's cache;
