This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to display a listing on the French version of your site, but it is not showing up.
Solution:
1. Verify that the grid template used for the listing is translated into French and that the correct filtering rules are applied in the second language template.
2. Manually edit the second language grid template to ensure the filtering rule is correctly set for French. Refer to the jet engine documentation for guidance on handling integration issues with custom fields.
3. In your WPML settings, navigate to WPML > Settings > Custom fields / Custom term meta and ensure that the 'event-recording-date' field is set to 'COPY'. After setting this, resave the default language post to copy the settings.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.

Hello,

can you please explain how you built this filter grid, and how you are selecting which posts to show? If you are using some template, make sure you have translated it and correct rules are applied inside 2nd language template?

Let me know.

Thanks,
Drazen

Hello,

thanks for getting back and sharing a video, that was helpful.

The only thing I can think of is that the filtering rule is not being copied/applied correctly in a translated grid template. As it says in jet engine docs:

Due to integration issues, some custom fields may not be picked by the WPML translation editor. See the second-language site version on the front end, and if you detect a flaw, fix it manually.

I would advise manually editing 2nd language grid template and making sure the filtering rule is correct for that language.

If you still have an issue, please share admin access and I will take a look. Please make sure to create a backup, before doing any actions, just in case.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

I tried to log in, but seems the credentials are not correct, please recheck.

You can also check from WPML > Settings > Custom fields / Custom term meta and search for your event-recording-date and make sure it is set to COPY, then resave the default language post to copy it.

Drazen
