Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the string "I've read and accept the terms & conditions" into Spanish and French using the string translation settings in WPML for my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
The string remains in English on the front end despite being translated in the settings.

Questions:
How can I translate this string so it appears in Spanish and French on the front end?
