This maybe a duplicate ticket. I submitted a ticket earlier today, but it is not showing up when I view "Your Past Support Tickets" hyper link on the support page.

Have you tried the following steps?
1. Go to Avada → Off Canvas.
2. Edit the relevant Off Canvas item.
3. Translate both the page and its Off Canvas ID.
If this is still the issue, please provide more details, including screenshots.
Thank you for your response and apologies for all the messages, the UI was not very intuitive for me. I get how it works now.
I have moved onto the live website: hidden link
The menu anchor link text labels have been translated for both of the menus, the href attributes have not been touched/translated and remain in English. I'm happy with that for now.
The priority issue the client would like resolved is to make the Chinese Simplified menu function correctly. Currently nothing happens. All the other menu anchor links, functional correctly for the other languages.
Can we resolve this first please?
Screenshot attached, please advise what else you would like to see.
I’m glad to hear that everything works correctly except for one language. I’ve checked the Chinese (Simplified) menu and found the cause of the issue.
The problem is that the menu anchor does not match the section ID on the page.
For example, for the second menu item:
• Menu label (Chinese): 信任来源 (“Trust in the Source”)
• Menu anchor: #trust-in-the-source
• Section ID on the page: id="信任来源"
Because the anchor and the section ID are different, the link cannot work.
To fix this, you can choose one of the following options:
• Option 1: Change the menu anchor in the Chinese (Simplified) menu to
#信任来源
• Option 2: Change the section ID on the Chinese (Simplified) page to
id="trust-in-the-source"
The key point is that the menu anchor and the section ID must be identical for the link to work properly.
Somehow, the section ID on the page is translated to "信任来源" for Chinese (Simplified) or was manually added.
• Option 1: Change the menu anchor in the Chinese (Simplified) menu to
#信任来源
1. Go to Appearance → Menus, select the needed menu
2. Switch to the Chinese (Simplified)
3. Change мenu anchor: #trust-in-the-source to #信任来源
Or you can check #trust-in-the-source in WPML → String Translation and translate it there.
• Option 2: Change the section ID on the Chinese (Simplified) page to
id="trust-in-the-source"
If the section ID was translated, you can try the following:
1. Go to WPML → String Translation and search for “trust-in-the-source” (not under the menu text domain, but under a domain related to your current theme).
2. Check the value for Chinese (Simplified) and make sure it matches the original value: trust-in-the-source.
If you can’t find “trust-in-the-source” in WPML → String Translation, then please check it directly in the page translation itself. It’s possible the ID was changed there instead.
