This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate a page template correctly, expecting it to display as the original language version but instead seeing an untranslated template.
Solution:
We discovered that the template used on the Puslapiai page does not require translation because it relies on dynamic content. To resolve the issue, we duplicated the template for the secondary language.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello 🙂

Christopher asked me to look into the issue, so I’m investigating it.

Previously, we encountered some errors with page templates and the translations queue, but this doesn't seem to be the same issue caused by database corruption. I checked the database and didn’t find any problems.

The template used on the Puslapiai page doesn’t require translation since it relies on dynamic content. Instead of translating it, I duplicated the template for the secondary language, which resolved the issue.

I’ve recorded the steps here: hidden link.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks!
