This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to activate the WPML license key on their live server but encounters an error during the WPML plugin update. The error message displayed is 'Unable to parse data from service response'.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend following these steps:
1. Review the recommendations in this public ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/unable-to-parse-data-from-service-response-46/
2. Navigate to WPML > Support > Installer support in your WPML dashboard and click the 'check' button. Check if you see two green check icons at the top. If there are any red X-ses, it might indicate a block on our end for your IP address.
3. If you see red X-ses, please share your IP with us so we can investigate further.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Symptoms:
I got an error saying 'Unable to parse data from service response'.

Questions:
How can I resolve the 'Unable to parse data from service response' error because my website is on live server

Hi there.

I am not sure what you tried until now.

Can you please review the recommendations shared by my colleague on this topic in this public ticket and let me know if you can resolve this?

If you have already tried that, on WPML > Support > Installer support > can you please let us know if you see two green check icons at the top after you click the "check" button? Or are there any red X-ses instead of the green check icons?

If there are any red X-ses, can you please share with us your IP? There might be a block on our end for that IP.

We will be waiting for your response.

I have also tried that solution, but the error still persists. This is the results after I click the 'check' button in installer support

Hi, regarding my IP, can I send it privately? Because I prefer to keep it secure and ensure confidentiality
