Problem:
The client was unable to display a product video on the translated pages of their website.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by setting the

woodmart_wc_video_gallery

custom field to 'copy' and then updating the products in the default language. We recommend you check if the translated product's video now displays correctly.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a product video to my translated pages. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected the video to appear on the translated page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The product video is not showing on the translated page. Instead, I see: hidden link. This issue took about a week to resolve on another page.

Questions:
Why is the product video not showing on the translated page?
How can I ensure the video appears correctly on all translated pages?

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

I checked the video issue, and I was able to fix it by setting the "woodmart_wc_video_gallery" field to copy and update the products in the default language.
