This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

WordPress 6.7 has introduced a new issue that impact translations, please update WooCommerce and WPML to the latest versions before you report issues. More about this here - https://wpml.org/errata/php-error-wp-6-7-notice-function-_load_textdomain_just_in_time-was-called/
Background of the issue:
I've just restored my multi-site to a previous version, where I had set the Menu and language information perfectly. I removed the Japanese in 'ja' and duplicated all new content in Japanese with the language code 'JP'. after this i backup, and made some changes I didn't want, so i do a restore.
Symptoms:
After restoring the site, the menu became a mess, with all translations assigned to English, and all the translation settings disappeared. Additionally, the WPML Menu sync shows a Timeout error.
Questions:
Why did the menu translations revert to English after restoring the site?
How can I resolve the Timeout error in WPML Menu sync?
Even worse now ... I tried to restore again, but now even some posts didn't apply the categories that I originally edited, even Home Page language connection were broken. (e.g. need to re-define the home page, and the original wpml translation connection were lost, I probably need to review one by one)
Meanwhile I can't visit the Menu Sync as well, still timeout, but my server has already raised to the highest limit.
Would like to have your advise ASAP as I originally planned to launch the site today..
Thank you so much!
