This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing styling issues on your multilingual site, specifically with thumbnails on different language pages, such as the Greek shop pages or blog thumbnails appearing incorrectly compared to the English versions.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the layout translations are causing the issue. In a similar case, we found that the layout was not translated correctly. We resolved this by deleting the problematic translation, allowing both language versions to use the default layout, which corrected the styling issues. You can view a video demonstration here: Video Link.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.
