This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate certain strings because they appear as locked in the WPML String Translation interface, and they are not found when searching in String Translation.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with strings that are locked and cannot be found for translation, we recommend you follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Visit the page where the untranslated strings are displayed.
4. Go back to WPML → String Translation and check if the string has been registered.
5. Proceed to translate the string.
For more detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation on Finding strings that don’t appear on the String Translation page.

It is registered and locked. So, it is already added in WPML → String Translation for translation.

Have you attempted to locate the strings in this manner?

1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Navigate to the page where untranslated strings are displayed.
4. Return to WPML >> String Translation and verify if the given string has been registered.
5. Translate the string.
