Would you please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to create a copy of the website that we can have access online? You can set the next reply as private. That way we can continue troubleshooting without the fear of changing the live website

I will appreciate it if you could update WordPress so that we can see if that is the problem. Currently you use a very old version of WordPress. I tried to do the update but it did not work. Thanks.
