Problem:
The client expressed frustration at not receiving a response to their support cases and was considering returning the WPML plugin due to its complexity and lack of support.
Solution:
We confirmed that the client's previous cases had been answered the day before and that a new case that came in the same day was handled by a colleague after a chat. We advised the client to continue the dialogue in one of the existing cases where we were waiting for the client's feedback. We provided links to the active cases for easy access:
