This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are developing a site using GeneratePress blocks in the Gutenberg editor and encountering issues while creating a list. The translation process mixes the strong tag, leading to a design break. Solution: We recommend creating a new test page and translating it to see if the markers are added correctly. This step will help determine if the issue is related to the page's size or another factor.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should these steps not provide a resolution, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and using GeneratePress blocks in the Gutenberg editor. I am trying to create a list, but the translation process is causing issues.
Symptoms:
The translation mixes the strong tag, leading to a design break.
I'm not quite sure what you mean. In the WPML translator, everything looks fine. However, when I switch to the WordPress editor, I can manually correct the wrong entries. The problem is that there are too many—some of the 288 entries are incorrect, especially in French, but not only there.
How can I ensure that everything stays correct and that there are no further design errors when I make changes and the translations are updated? I need this to be reliable. Is there a solution for this? I read something elsewhere about using an XML structure in a similar context.
I'm Osama from WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please back up your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the access details. I checked the mentioned page and found that the markers were incorrectly added. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
This issue might be caused by the page's size. To make sure, please create a new test page and translate it to check if the markers will be added correctly.
