Hello,

1) To help us handle your request faster, please share the WPML debug information from your site.

- Login to your site and go to WPML → Support, then click the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- On the debug information page, select all content from the text box and copy it.
- Return to our support forum, find the debug information box, and paste it there.

More details here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

2) Please also describe the exact steps you have tried and what goes wrong.

Make sure you follow the steps from our documentation and send content for translation if you are not using automatic translation for all pages and posts. Also note that you need to use compatible themes and plugins for everything to work correctly.

Once I have more details about your workflow and the issue, I will be glad to help further.

Let me know.

Regards,
Dražen

Hello Akim,

You still have 62,000 credits assigned to your website and 30,000 credits available in your WPML account for automatic translation. These credits are included with your WPML license and are added to your account with each renewal. For most websites, this amount is more than enough to complete the translation.

If you’re experiencing any issues with the translation process or are unsure how to proceed, please let me know and share more details — I’ll be happy to help.

Regarding refunds, you’re welcome to request one within 30 days of your purchase through our refund form, no questions asked.

Let me know and I will be glad to help.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

I’ll be glad to help you further and investigate why the translation is failing on your site.

1) Could you please describe the exact steps you follow when translating the page?

2) Please share temporary access details to your website so I can log in and take a closer look.

I am enabling a private reply for your next message so you can safely share the credentials.

We follow strict privacy and data protection policies when accessing client sites. You can review them here:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

Before sharing access, please make sure to:

Create a full backup of your site files and database.

If possible, provide access to a staging site where the issue can be reproduced, as this is always the preferred option.

Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks,
Dražen
