[Resolved] When i want to translate , the translation window not loading

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a product on my site hidden link using WPML. I had automatic translation before but switched to 'translate what I choose'. I have stopped all ongoing stuck jobs and cleared the cache.

Symptoms:
The translation window is not loading when I try to translate a product.

Questions:
Why is the translation window not opening when I try to translate a product?
What steps can I take to resolve the issue of the translation window not loading?

Hello,

There is an issue on our side with the Advanced translation editor, it is being worked on and we are fixing the issue. I advise checking back in 1h or so, and the editor should open and work fine.
