Managed to translate all the products, and most of the registration form.

I have found all the default fields from the registration from in the String Translation area but can't find any of the 'Extra Fields' from the registration form in the string translations?

Hi there,

you should be able to translate the emails via the WPML->Transaltion Dashboard -> Other Texts area.

For more information also review the following documentation with a step by step guide
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/how-to-translate-woocommerce/#translate-woocommerce-emails

Let me know your results, please.

Hi Bobby, Thanks for the quick response.

The specific emails that the wholesale plugin sends out are not from within the main WooCommerce email area. They come from within the wholesale plugin. (https://woocommerce.com/products/wholesale-for-woocommerce/)

I have attached a screenshot of where these emails are located for reference.

I have also re-scanned the plugin under 'themes and plugin localisation' and searched in the 'string translation' with no luck?

Am i missing something or looking in the wrong place?

really appreciate your help.

Thank you for the screenshot, that helps!

Due to the way these emails are being added you would not find them directly in String Translation.

Possibly within WPML_>String Translation-> Not seeing strings? "To do this, go to Admin Texts Translation"

see if you can locate them there, otherwise I would like to take a closer look.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby
