Wpml is taking a long time to translate one page

pelicanB	Background of the issue: I created a page and started the translation with WPML. It takes more than one hour to complete the translation, and the page doesn't have much information. I contacted one of your team supporters and tried their suggestions, but then the website goes down and says that a critical error occurred. I confirmed that the problem is from the WPML plugin because I already deactivated all the plugins and the problem still exists. I've already talked to one of your supporters and last thing that he told me to do I did but it doesn’t work. Symptoms: WPML is taking a long time to translate one page, and the website goes down with a critical error after following support suggestions. Questions: Why is WPML taking more than one hour to translate a page with little information? How can I resolve the critical error that occurs after following support suggestions?
