Reported for: WPML Multilingual CMS 4.6.9

Topic Tags: Bug

Overview of the issue

We have identified a possible increase in duplicate queries when you are using the setting Translatable use translation if available or fallback to default language for the Pages built-in post type of WordPress.
The issue might lead to slight performance degradation, however it should only affect pages with multiple links to other pages.

Workaround

Our developers are working on providing a fix, however if you need to have Pages appear as translated to other languages, it is best to duplicate and set the translation mode to Translatable only show translated items instead of using Translatable use translation if available or fallback to default language

    • Hey there,
Currently we don’t have another workaround available, but this issue is already in our devs roadmap.
We will keep this page updated.

      • ” I want to show translated content and not translated content both on my website how do I do that “.
Currently, when we enable “Translatable use translation if available or fallback to default language”, when a user posts in English, it will not be displayed in the other language of the site, but if user post in the main language it will be in show in English. How to solve this problem when the post is showing in both languages even if it is not translated?

Yes, it seems that it is not in your list, but it is fully compatible with your plugin…
