This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After installing the OTGS Installer, the client is unable to install WPML as it seems to load indefinitely, accompanied by an Error 500, suggesting a server issue.
Solution:
We recommend checking the installation status again as initial server issues may have been resolved. If the problem persists, we advise reinstalling the OTGS Installer and ensuring that the server meets all requirements for running WPML. Additionally, it's crucial to verify that there are no conflicts with other plugins. For detailed guidance on installation and troubleshooting, please visit our documentation: WPML Documentation.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should the problem continue, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance at WPML Support Forum.

After installing the OTGS Installer I am unable to install WPML, it seems to load forever.

I have added screenshots, there seems to be a problem with your server. Error 500.

Hi,

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () means WordPress hit a PHP fatal error during an AJAX request.

Would you be willing to provide me with WordPress and FTP credentials so I could investigate the issue directly?

I would like to check WordPress and server logs that occur once you try installing WPML to see if they give us a clue on what exactly fails.

I marked your next reply as private so that you can safely add credentials.

Yes, now WPML is installed and I can configure it.

What was the cause that it didn't work before?
