Hi, To better understand the issue, could you clarify a couple of points for me? 1. When you say you “updated the categories,” do you mean you renamed existing categories, changed their slugs/URLs, or created new ones? * What the old/broken related links look like This will help me understand where the mismatch is happening. Regards, |

This is the original language URL, correct? hidden link If you disable WPML, do these category URLs still point to the old category URL: If so, can you check where did you set them? If these were hardcoded somewhere before, they would not update automatically if you change them, regardless of the WPML. |

When I disable WPML, everything works fine — the category link points to the updated URL: |

When I try to log in to your WordPress.com site, I get this message: “Please log in using your WordPress.com username instead of your email address.” For me to debug properly, I’d ideally need a local copy of your full site (themes, plugins, and content). WordPress.com allows this if your plan supports it (Business, Commerce, or Pro). The process is described here: If your site is on one of those plans, could you please run that export and send me the file? That would let me set up the site locally and troubleshoot more effectively. Let me know what are the options. |

Hi Bruno, good day! Thanks again for your help. My WordPress.com username is tongzhangbcbb1e3806. If you can log in with this, then no need for an invitation. Otherwise, could you please send me an email address I can use to invite you as a temporary admin? The export method feels a bit complicated for me. |

I did some cleaning up through WPML troubleshooting and updates and it seems like that the combination of all of it has fixed it: Can you check? I also cleared cache. |

I think it should work now even without clearing the cache, as whatever caused it may have been fixed now with the latest updates. If otherwise let me know! |

Hi Bruno, I tried to set up the Korean language. The categories are correct now, but I can’t sync the translation templates as before — I only see the old pattern. I tried modifying it but it still doesn’t work. Could you please help me with this? The login details are the same as before. Thanks a lot! Best! |
