Background of the issue:
I am trying to add content to a new language but the characters seem to be missing on the live page. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The characters appear missing on the live page.

Questions:
Why are the characters missing on the live page?
How can I ensure all characters are displayed correctly?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

Please try the following steps:

1- Edit the page in the default language
2- Change the string in the default language
3- Update the page
4- Update the translation using the WPML editor
5- Clear the cache and check string on the front end

Please add a dot (.) at the end of the string and update the page.
