This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where the logo in the top left of your website is missing after translating your site using WPML, this might be due to the file format of the logo.
Solution:
We recommend replacing the SVG logo with a PNG format. This change resolved the issue for another client who faced a similar problem. If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket. You can reach us directly through our support forum at https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I can see the missing logo image issue on your site. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

✙ If you want to use different logo in translated site, please provide me the logo URL.

Thank you

Hi,

Thanks for the update, I’m glad to hear the logo issue is resolved.

Just for info, my shift was already over when you sent the message, so I couldn’t work on it yesterday. Otherwise I would login and solve the issue.

Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks again and I’m here if you need anything further.
