[Resolved] Home page do not sync the design

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the home page of secondary languages (English for United Kingdom and English for Canada) does not sync the design of the default language. Key sections like banners are missing, and the product showcase does not appear as it does in the default language.
Solution:
1. Ensure that all Avada slides and sliders are translated into all languages. This includes translating individual slides and sliders that might be missing in the secondary languages.

3. Additionally, translate your products to ensure they are visible and correctly displayed on the front end in the secondary languages.

Background of the issue:
The home page of secondary language (English for United Kingdom and English for Canada) do not snyc the design of default language. some sections like banner missing and product show case hidden link. I would like it show the same design of default language.

Symptoms:
The home page of the secondary languages does not sync the design of the default language. Some sections, like the banner, are missing.

Questions:
how can i show the secondary language (English for United Kingdom and English for Canada) in the design of Default language please?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support. Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, please make sure that any layouts or templates applied to the home page are also translated and published, as well as, the page translation itself.

Further, I'll recommend to try the following:

- Go to WPML -> Settings -> Custom Fields Translation.
- Click "Show system fields".
- Search for "css", "style" or a related word.
- Look for a relevant result as it appears.
- Set the relevant field or that may look relevant to "Copy".
- Save.
- Open the home page for editing in default language.
- Make a small change in content like a word or dot.
- Save.
- Update the transaltion.
- Clear all caches and recheck.

Please let us know your findings and we'll try our best to help you further on the matter.

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

Thanks for the access details. Please make sure to translate Avada slides and Avada sliders to all languages.

I translate the home slider and the banner1 slide to Candian. Please check the Candian home page and let me know if it works correctly. (hidden link)
