Problem:
The client needed help disabling the debug mode on their website, which was left enabled after a previous intervention by the WPML support team, causing the website to slow down.
Solution:
We accessed the client's website using the provided login details and successfully deactivated the debug mode. We then asked the client to verify if the website's performance had improved.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should these steps not resolve your issue, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I was trying to ensure that the debug mode is deactivated on our website, hidden link, after it was enabled during your last intervention.

Symptoms:
The debug mode was left enabled, which is slowing down our website.

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. To disable the debug mode, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can disable it.
