This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client created an Elementor block template in the Outgrid theme and translated it using ATE, but the translations are not appearing on the front end of the site.
Solution:
We recommend ensuring that the Thai template is published and not in draft status. After confirming this, edit the translated page using Elementor and verify that the translated template is correctly selected in the template widget.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate Elementor block templates on my site hidden link. I am following the same method of translating other contents in ATE.

Symptoms:
Translations are not appearing on the front end.

Questions:
How can I make translations of Elementor block templates appear on the front end?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) Would you please elaborate more on the issue to help me understand it better?

It would be very helpful if you could share screenshots or a screen-recorded video while reproducing the issue.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi Osama, here's an explanation

I've created an Elementor block template that I wanna use on all of the post pages (Im using the Outgrid theme). Made the translations using the ATE for the block but it does not reflect on the front end of the site

Screenshot 1: Shows the block template that i've created in the Outgrid theme builder with Elementor

Screenshot 2: Shows the translations made in ATE

Screenshot 3: The same block added into the Elementor post page template

Screenshot 4: The block on the front end in the Thai Language (link to page: hidden link) you may find the module at the bottom of the page right above the footer

Link to the same post page in english: hidden link

Ideally i would like to use the same block template on the post page templates with all other language as well

Thank you,
Sharveen

Hi Sharveen,

Thanks for the screenshots and explanation. Please make sure that the Thai template is published, not a draft.

After that, please edit the translated page using Elementor and make sure that the translated template is selected in the template widget.

Best regards,
Osama
