This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're adding a banner's Arabic version via media translation and the changes made on the English homepage do not appear on the Arabic interface, and even reverting to the original does not replace the original photo, you might be facing a structure issue.
Solution:
We recommend checking the structure of your Arabic page and its translation in the default language. It's possible that the page structure is not set up correctly to reflect the changes. After adjusting the structure, verify if the image translates correctly on the Arabic interface.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. Also, check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thank you for contacting WPML support,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Please try clearing your website's cache and check if the issue persists. If the issue continues, would it be possible to test the site in a minimal setup following steps:

- Keep the current theme.
- Keep active only the WPML plugins, WCML plugins, and any must-have plugins.
- Disable all other plugins.

After making these changes, check if the issue is still occurring.

Note: Ensure you have a full backup (files and database) before attempting any changes to your website.

Regards,
Marsel

Hi,

I'm Osama from WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue on the Arabic page, and it didn't have the correct structure.

So, I updated the page and its translation in the default language. Please check if the image is translated correctly. (hidden link)

Best regards,
Osama

If it helps, we add the under header photo to the statics blocks and display the block we created from elementor header footer.

If the solution is difficult, I don't want to bother you, I just want to ask you how we can solve it. Thank you

Hi,

1) We try to keep one issue per ticket in our forum. Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

Therefore, I've split the other issue and created a new ticket with this issue. (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/the-block-under-header-translation/)

2) It's great to hear that the issue is fixed. 🙂

Have a great day!

Best regards,
Osama
