Which plugin are you using for the Careers postings? I would like to use the sandbox I created for us to further investigate this issue. If the specific strings are not wrapped correctly in the plugin our plugin will not be able to register them. Otherwise we can also access your live environment and test there as well. If you would prefer that, please let me know and I will enable the private field reply for access details.

homeP	Finish Could you please check your URL? We're having major problems with the button URL translation. The logo URL isn't translating either. No matter what language the user selects, it's always redirected to the main language! There's something generally wrong with the URL translations. Thanks

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	To translate the Explore_More button, it needs to be done via WPML->String Translation-> Search for "explore_more" and you will locate it under the admin of "aigency" Once you locate it add the translation and it will display as expected in the front end.
