Background of the issue:
I am trying to make my website show without errors, but it shows a server error very often. After my support check, they sent me a message. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
The website shows a server error very often. I send you how appear my website often.

Questions:
How can I resolve the problem caused by your plugin?

the server after check send me this message:

WPML Add-ons: If you're using WPML add-ons, temporarily disable them to see if one of them is causing the issue.
Plugin Conflicts: WPML might be conflicting with another plugin. Try disabling other plugins one by one while keeping WPML enabled to identify the conflict.
Caching Conflicts: Ensure there are no conflicts between WPML and your caching systems (e.g., object cache, page cache, or server-side caching). Clear the caches after making any changes.

thanks for contacting us.

I am not sure why you suspect WPML is the cause of the issue since I see the issue happens for you also on the default language. I would advise disabling the WPML plugin and checking if the issue still happens, to confirm it is related to WPML or not.

Other than that you should check server error logs and errors that say what is causing the issue.

thanks, but please follow my suggestion above;

1) Ask for server error log and further info on why and what is WPML causing to the server, there should be some error message pointing to WPML.

2) Check if after using htaccess workaround issue still happens.

3) Check if any specific steps are causing issue or there is way to reproduce the issue.

thanks for coming back, as said in my replies above, we would need you to check and confirm you have checked the next steps and share further info:

1) Does the issue still happen when using only WPML, all other plugins disabled, and using WP default theme?

2) Try next workaround code and let me know if that helps: https://wpml.org/faq/why-is-htaccess-getting-overwritten-with-the-language-folder-on-my-wpml-website/

3) Check server error logs, or ask hosting support to share with you error messages that happen when you get server error. This will help to know what is cause of the issue.

Hi,

The server say that WPL cause my problen, when i make disable my website work fine, after i activate WPML , the website show erorr. Now i make deactivate WPML plugins and my website is working well.

thanks, I understand, you have already shared this with me, but I would need you to follow my suggestion above and share for each step's feedback, and server error logs, for me to be able to know what might be the cause and suggest further steps.

It could be a lot of things, and I can not guess just from the generic server error or message that WPML is causing.

Please follow my suggestion and let me know the needed info for each, and I will be glad to further help you with issue.

Hello,

I want to confirm that these days I have disabled wpml and it hasn't given me an error for a single day. we will be glad to help, but as said we can not guess what is the issue or what is causing, could be many things, compatibility with plugins, some theme, settings, or server.
