Problems when translating pages

luisT-17	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate the website pages using Elementor. I want to make the English language flag appear in the menu and be able to follow the URL to hidden link. The issue can be seen at hidden link. I've checked and it looks like I cannot open this page hidden link and it's redirecting me to this page hidden link . Could you please check the English language page and see if it's published and not in drafts? If it's published and it is still not showing, I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified. Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements. Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me. ✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. I've checked your Website and I noticed that you've deactivated the WPML plugin. I've activated the WPML for you and checked this page's backend editor in Portuguese hidden link I noticed that this page is not translated to English yet. Please translate the page to English language and the language switcher will show up on the Portuguese page and will allow you to switch languages.

luisT-17	We have translate all the pages, we spent around 100 thousand credits on translations, which are appearing as translated on our blog and website, but they do not work as expected. the translated language flag does not appear and we are unable to reach the contents of PAGES, as well as informed, as actually done. The blog translations are working, as indicated in the first message, where we indicated that the translation had already been done, we hope for more attention to our difficulty in the next interaction.

Kor WPML Supporter since 08/2022 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Singapore (GMT+08:00)	Thanks for your reply. I've checked and it looks like you've deactivated the WPML again. Can I have your permission to reactivate it back and also, deactivate this "Google Language Translator" plugin? There could be some conflict with a 3rd party plugin that is preventing the translations from showing properly on the front end.
