After conducting various checks, we have noticed that the WPML plugin is causing conflicts with the "customer reviews" section on our product page. The pagination function is not operational.
Both the DIVI experts and our web developer have conducted tests, and the issue disappears when the WPML plugin is deactivated.
Additionally, we are experiencing issues with translations, which become stuck and require manual correction. We kindly request your assistance in finding a solution to this inconvenience.

I am writing to you regarding an issue we are experiencing on our website, specifically in the customer reviews section about our products.
Recently, we noticed that we are unable to navigate to the next page in this section. After consulting with DIVI technical support, we conducted several tests and found that the problem is being caused by a third-party plugin, specifically the WPML plugin.
Following DIVI's recommendations, we proceeded to activate and deactivate all plugins, and we observed that when we deactivated the WPML plugin, the customer reviews section worked perfectly, allowing us to navigate to the next page to view other comments. However, upon reactivating the WPML plugin, this functionality was affected.
Therefore, it seems that the WPML plugin is causing this issue on our website. Attached to this message, I am providing a screenshot of an example product so you can clearly see the issue we are facing.
Additionally, we would like to highlight that, despite having the WPML plugin activated, customer reviews are not being translated correctly, Customer reviews are not translated into the Catalan language (they are the same for both languages: Spanish and Catalan)

Thank you for the detailed feedback. Do I correctly understand that the issue still happens with all non-WPML plugins disabled except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugins? Is the customer reviews section part of the Divi theme?
Hello, the problem persists only with the WPML plugin enabled. It seems that it is the WPML plugin that causes the problem. I haven't answered before because we don't work on weekends.

We are still testing different aspects, so we prefer not to tackle multiple tasks at the same time. Once we have completed all the tests, the next step will be to fix the WPML errors.
