Background of the issue:
I am translating products from the primary language to the secondary language on my site hidden link. I duplicate the product from the main language to the secondary language and start translating. When I save, I encounter an error. I have done this many times in the past without issues.

Symptoms:
A fatal error (E_ERROR) was detected on line 282 of the file
/home/lesvostreasures-gr/webapps/lesvostreasures-gr/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/core-abstract-classes/class-wpml-element-translation.php.

Error code:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot access offset of type WP_Post in isset or empty in /home/lesvostreasures-gr/webapps/lesvostreasures-gr/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/core-abstract-classes/class-wpml-element-translation.php:282

Questions:
How can I resolve this error?

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support.
I will answer this ticket before the ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

As mentioned in the chat, please get back to us with the result of the test:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce, Woocommerce Multilingual, WPML Multilingual CMS and WPML String translation.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thanks.
