Problem:
The client was unable to see a development site in their WPML account and could not delete it to reassign the credits associated with it.
Solution:
Since the website was no longer registered in our system and could not be restored, we manually reassigned the credits to the client's account. If you're experiencing a similar issue where you cannot see or delete a site in your WPML account to reassign credits, we recommend contacting us directly for assistance.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. There was a site in development: hidden link that has 23118 credits assigned to it. This project is no longer active or available. But in my WPML account this url is not visible anymore and so I can't delete is to assign the credits to my account. Could you help me with this please?

Hi,

I’m not able to see this website registered in our system anymore. The standard process would be to restore the site, re-register it, and then reassign the credits.

However, I understand that this is not possible in your case. Therefore, I have manually reassigned the credits to your account from our side. 🙂
