Problem:
The client was unable to see a development site in their WPML account and could not delete it to reassign the credits associated with it.
Solution:
Since the website was no longer registered in our system and could not be restored, we manually reassigned the credits to the client's account. If you're experiencing a similar issue where you cannot see or delete a site in your WPML account to reassign credits, we recommend contacting us directly for assistance.
