This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using WPML with Divi and WooCommerce for managing translations on their website. Although the French translations are complete and visible in the WPML interface, some blocks on the French homepage still appear in English. This issue is noted particularly in sections like 'Huile Impériale Régénérante'. The templates for Header, Body, and Footer are locked as system types in WPML settings and cannot be set to 'Translatable – only show translated items'.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to potentially resolve the issue:
1. Open the default language Home page in Edit mode.
2. Make a minor change, such as adding a space or a plus sign in the page title.
3. Update the page by pressing the “Update” button.
4. Remove the small change made in step 2.
5. Update the page again.
6. Open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor, ensure the translation is 100% complete, and press the Complete Translation button.
If the problem persists, we suggest providing temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site for further debugging. Please ensure to back up your database and website before making changes or providing access.

Background of the issue:
I am using WPML with Divi and WooCommerce to manage translations on my website hidden link. The French translations are 100% complete in the WPML Advanced Translation Editor. I have verified that the French homepage is set correctly, caches are cleared, permalinks are re-saved, and fallback to default language is disabled. All strings are translated and visible in the WPML interface.

Symptoms:
Some blocks on the French homepage appear in English, even though the translations are complete. The issue is mainly on the homepage, such as the 'Huile Impériale Régénérante' section. In WPML settings, the Header, Body, and Footer Templates are locked as system types and cannot be switched to 'Translatable – only show translated items.'

Questions:
Could you please check if there’s a way to make these Divi template types fully translatable?
How can I force WPML to display only the French-translated blocks on the frontend?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I can see the issue on your site as you can see in the attached screenshot. Could you please try to follow the below procedure and see if this resolves the issue:

1. Open the default language Home page in Edit mode.
2. Make a small change, for example, add a space or + sign in your page title.
3. Update the page by pressing the “Update” button.
4. Now, please remove that small change that did in step #2.
5. Update the page again.
6. Now, please try to open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor and make sure the translation is 100% complete, press the Complete Translation button, and see if this resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thank you
